1. Suggested Donations (Non-Profit Model)
Our store operates on a suggested-donation model. As a registered non-profit organization, all items are offered with a recommended donation amount that helps support our mission, programs, and operational costs.

Suggested donation amounts are not mandatory, but they reflect the approximate value of the item and the resources required to provide it.

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except as noted under our return policy below.

Donations above the suggested amount are always appreciated and directly support our ongoing work.
2. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, unless an item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part.

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, and tracking information will be provided once the package is sent.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available during regular business hours.

You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders must be picked up within 10 days. Items not picked up after this window may be returned to inventory as a donation unless other arrangements are made.
